01

Situation

Most businesses have some kind of backup, but with no design, no defined retention and nobody checking that it works.

02

Risk or need

A backup that is neither monitored nor tested can fail silently: the day you need to recover your data is the day you discover you can't.

03

Outcome

Backups that are designed, monitored and tested, with alerts, documentation and a recovery procedure you know before you ever need it.

11frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

I already do backups. Why do I need anything else?

Because having a backup is not the same as being able to recover. The service covers design, retention, monitoring, alerts, regular testing and documentation of the recovery procedure.

What plans and prices are there?

Tiers and terms are still going through commercial validation and are not yet published. Ask us to check your backups and you will receive a specific proposal.

How do we get started?

With a review of your current backups: what is copied, where, with what retention and whether a recovery has ever been tested. Then a proposal, onboarding and ongoing follow-up.

Real questions from clients [pending collection with CIB — S2].

Shall we talk about your company's IT?

Tell us about your business, your workplaces and the problem, and we'll come back to you with a specific proposal.
